The Red Wings continued their march towards the Stanley Cup with a 5-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks yesterday. It was a much closer game than the final score indicates. The game was pretty close for 2 1/2 periods. We pulled away at the end. Woo Hoo!
One of my favorite channels on television is NFL Network. (Pro football, 24/7. What’s not to love?) The NFL charges the cable company a large fee to carry the channel. So in turn… my cable company, Comcast, has NFL Network on a sports tier that costs an additional $7/month. Since I refuse to shell out any more money to them, the end result is me not being
able to watch NFL Network. The NFL and Comcast are close to a deal that will put NFL Network on my current cable package. I’m a happy man!
And the Tigers are doing well. It’s only May, but they’re in 1st place.

Hi Tracy-
Your problem MAY be resolved:

Joe
I just read that on another site, too. Of course I hurried out to the television to see if it was on yet. It wasn’t. I came back to my pc to finish reading the article and read this…
I’m so happy.
The bad news in all of this is that since it’s a channel that is devoted to football 24/7, 365 days a year, I may end up quitting school.
