Today I was finally able to get myself weighed for the first time since I got my NuStep. I’ve been exercising regularly since I got the machine. I haven’t been dieting, but I’ve cut my food intake down to what only one person would eat. Before I got the NuStep, I weighed in at 244 lbs. My goal was to lose 20 lbs. between the time my school semester ended and the fall semester began (roughly May 15th to mid/late August). My weight today was 229 lbs. So in a matter of three weeks, 21 days, I’ve dropped 15 lbs. “WooHoo!”

Thanks Maggie. I don’t think anyone will ever be calling me skinny (besides you and those people that call fat people “skinny”, like as a funny nickname), but I’m definately trying to keep myself at a reasonable weight.
